The Anticipation of the Nominees

May 7, 2008 · Leave a Comment

What triggers the passion and the interest of the Bangkok ToT’s nominees over this workshop is their undeniable duty to serve and protect the welfare of their organizations’ members. That is, to incorporate and hold activities that will hasten the growth and maturity of their members in terms of moulding their minds to the core values of their organization. The opportunity of being able to sharpen their ability to positively impact on the lives of their members is just one of the many reasons why these nominees have been anticipating in being included in such an event.

This workshop, as perceived by the nominees, is a tool for expanding their knowledge and experience on the field of event facilitation; thus, the concepts and ideas gained from this workshop will not only be achieved by the nominees, but the organization itself. This will be such a favourable event for each organization since the theories in facilitation will eventually be harnessed back to the organization through application and implementation.

The Bangkok Training of Trainers seems to be the perfect venue for member organizations and individuals alike to share together common passion on unearthing the capabilities of each member towards the goal of coming up with a unified approach in facilitation which effectively fulfils the vision of each activity.
